It is a synthetic resin based, thermoplastic hot melt adhesive with cold resistance. It is used in the packaging sector for bonding kraft, non-lacquered paper, corrugated cardboard, cardboard and cardboard boxes.
Appearance: Granule
Brookfield Viscosity: 1350 ± 400 mPa.s 170 ºC
Softening Point: 103 ± 5
Application Temperature: 150-170 ºC
24 months at room temperature (18-20 °C).
20 KG Kraft bag
It is recommended that the ambient temperature is more than 15 °C during application, the adhesive is spread over one side of the surface to be bonded, the humidity rate in the air is 65-75% and the material humidity rate is between 8-10%.
Surfaces should be cleaned of oil, dust and dirt.
Attention should be paid to the temperature inside the glue tank and the temperature of the glue should be determined with thermometers at certain intervals, especially during weather and seasonal changes.
The temperature of the environment and the surfaces to be bonded should be above 15 °C. Otherwise, the glue will freeze faster than the desired time in the application and a healthy bond cannot be achieved.
The tank should be cleaned at certain intervals.
The amount of glue applied to the surfaces may vary depending on the types of materials to be bonded.
Results such as applying too much or too little glue on the surface may occur. In such cases, it is recommended to make glue adjustments.
In case of a break in work, the glue temperature should be reduced to the appropriate level, thus preventing the glue in the tank from burning and ensuring that its performance continues with high efficiency.
