STICK HOTMELT

STICK HOTMELT

It is an odorless, hot melt adhesive based on synthetic resin and EVA. It is a general purpose adhesive used to bond absorbent materials with different properties (cardboard, paper, wood, leather, fabric etc.) to themselves or to non-absorbent (metal, plastic, PVC) products with the help of a hot silicone gun.

PACKAGING

1 KG BAG

It is recommended that the ambient temperature be more than 15 °C during application, that the adhesive spreads to the entire one side of the surface to be bonded, that the humidity rate in the air is 65-75% and that the material humidity rate is between 8-10%.

The surfaces should be cleaned of oil, dust and dirt.

Heat the silicone gun to be used to 90 ºC before use if possible. Insert the hot melt stick through the tunnel at the back of the gun

When it reaches sufficient heat, it should be squeezed onto the surface to be bonded by pressing the trigger and the surfaces should be joined immediately.

The amount of glue applied to the surfaces may vary depending on the types of materials to be bonded.
Results such as applying too much or too little glue on the surface may occur. In such cases, it is recommended to make glue adjustments.

The temperature of the environment and the surfaces to be bonded should be above 15ºC. Otherwise, the glue will freeze faster than the desired time in the application and a healthy bond cannot be achieved.
